Overview of the Role

Servtech Technical Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Carpenter to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates (AE). The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of carpentry principles and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship. As a Junior Carpenter, you will support senior carpenters and contribute to a variety of construction and renovation projects, ensuring that all work adheres to safety standards, project specifications, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior carpenters in the measurement, cutting, and assembly of wood and other materials to construct, install, and repair structures such as frameworks, partitions, furniture, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks with precision.
• Prepare work sites by cleaning and organizing the area, setting up necessary equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Measure and mark materials accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment during installation.
• Support in the installation of doors, windows, cabinetry, and other fixtures as per project guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues related to carpentry work, ensuring minimal delays.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
